Unique Indoor Comfort of Chicago was founded in 1967 and has been a family owned and operated heating and air conditioning contractor for residential and commercial customers in and around the Chicago area for over 40 years now. We built this company with two simple goals 1) Striving for the best customer service which has lead to our large customer referral base and 2) Offer our customers a great product, installed correctly by great technicians, and doing it all in a convenient and timely manner.
Over the years we have grown from a small company with a couple of trucks to a nationwide corporation that still focuses on what developed our business over the years; customer service. To us, customer service and satisfaction is just as important today as it was 40 years ago!

- We offer full Service Agreements that give you peace of mind and priority service!
- Unique believes in up front pricing and we do not pay commission on parts/repairs.
- All our technicians are drug tested, background checked, and highly trained full time employees and we NEVER use any subcontractors. Our technicians also use shoe covers / drop clothes to make sure we have the best people taking the best care of your home.
